All levels vinyasa flow

Service Description

All levels welcome!!! A vinyasa style flow, with an emphasis on stability and mobility instead of flexibility. Starting with a meditative focus on breath and organic movement, slowly building heat and stabilizing through the core, then ending with a 5-10 minute rest (savasana).

Cancellation Policy

Ebb and flow yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start time of class you will recieve a full refund. However, if you cancel on it after the 24 hour mark, you will not recieve a refund and will be charged the full amount of the class, unless there is a special circumstance in which you can please email or call us and let us know what is going on.
