Service Description
Looking for a creative evening out with friends? Join Alex Gable, 200 RYT and Sarah Ferguson of Sarah B. Charquterie, from 6:15-8:15pm for a 30 minute all levels yoga/pilates flow, then stay after to make a fall pumpkin “vase” with fresh seasonal flowers to take home. A fall inspired cocktail and tasty charquterie treats will be provided while crafting. Let’s get crafting!! *One cocktail per admission* $60 includes a 30 minute guided Yoga Pilates flow with Alex, materials and instructions to make a pumpkin “vase” with fresh florals, one fall inspired cocktail (or mocktail) and charquterie provided by Sarah B. Charquterie.

Cancellation Policy
Ebb and flow yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start time of class you will recieve a full refund. However, if you cancel on it after the 24 hour mark, you will not recieve a refund and will be charged the full amount of the class, unless there is a special circumstance in which you can please email or call us and let us know what is going on.
