Service Description
Therapeutic Yoga is compassionate and mindful movement (Asana) anchored by breathing exercises (Pranayama) and Meditation. Therapeutic Yoga addresses specific health concerns and overall wellness -- individual needs are addressed and the yoga meets you where you are. Teacher and student co-create a yoga prescription for health and freedom. In each class, Michele strives to create a loving environment. There we transcend the physical, integrating a mind-body connection to promote overall healing and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Ebb and flow yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start time of class you will recieve a full refund. However, if you cancel on it after the 24 hour mark, you will not recieve a refund and will be charged the full amount of the class, unless there is a special circumstance in which you can please email or call us and let us know what is going on. Thankyou for understanding!
